With more than 26 years of MEP design-build key personnel experience, SAGO's team is a respected leader in architectural and MEP engineering. SAGO has designed, built and consulted projects that include office buildings, hotels, mix-used buildings and government buildings along with transportation agencies such as WMATA. Other projects SAGO has fulfilled include smaller-scale projects for retail, tenant fit-outs and residential homes. Since 2003, SAGO sought to serve and enrich the local community by offering technical programs "pro bono" to minority and disadvantaged workers. SAGO is dedicated to being a service provider of MEP Design, Building Management, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry for the local, state, federal government, commercial companies, and organizations throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
We are licensed, insured and bonded, and are a certified MBE, DBE, and SBE. Our memberships and affiliations include NFPA, ACCA, BICSI, and IEEE.
